ABOUT ME

For as long as I can remember, I've loved exploring the natural world. My childhood memories are filled with the sandy and salty sensations of long summer days spent on the beaches of the Gulf Coast with my family. Early curiosity about marine biodiversity and growing concern for human impacts on vibrant coastal ecosystems led me to pursue a path in research and education. As I continue my journey through graduate school, I want to innovate in and advocate for science while sharing a sense of wonder and care for our wild, weird planet.
